Hi all!
Just a note to let you know that my webcomic, The Abominable Charles Christopher, is going to be featured at the ‘Monthly Mess’ event organized by indyish.com.
It’s on Sunday night, March 30th at 7pm OFF Interarts, 5145 St-Laurent and there’ll be lots of music, art and pancakes! There’s a ’sugar shack’ theme, so if nothing else you can show up for pancakes and whisky. :)
If you’re in MontrĂ©al, come and say hi!

I woke up this morning, made some coffee, did some web browsing and came across Vera Brosgol’s site. You know how sometimes you’ll see work from another artist that renders you completely unable to work, ashamed of your own miserable deficiencies?
Yeah.
All kinds of awesome. And owls.

I finally put up a Downloads section where you can get some Abominable Charles Christopher wallpaper for your computer. Only a few for now, but there are more in the works.

An interesting article about the Canadian cell phone market and what went wrong to make us the ‘cellphone backwater’ that we are.

I didn’t even know there was a Lone Ranger comic, but apparently there is. I’m linking to it because Paul Pope is doing a sequence in an upcoming issue. As far as I can tell, it’s just a wolf wandering around, but it’s beautiful.

More pages in the Newsarama article. All awesome.
