HorCast #2 - Ojingogo, Sammy Harkham, Scott McCloud on Digital Comics

There was a comic book convention in Montreal this past weekend. While Karl was dutifully signing issues of Majestic and Superman and drawing sketches for his fans, Matt and I retired to the greasiest spoon in the city for some grub. The somewhat peculiar food ended up taking a back seat to our conversation about comics as you'll hear in this weeks HorCast. Matt talks a little about his strip, Ojingogo, the super hero soap-opera and what Scott McCloud really thinks about this years crop of Eisner nominated digital comics! Copy this link and paste it into your podcast software to subscribe to our ramblings!
Next week - Karl takes a critical stroll through Adventures of Superman #640.

Okay, what the hell is this mythical brush-pen? I hardly ever draw anything anymore and even I want one now! "What's the point of the Horhaus site?" THIS! Continuous, open feedback given in response to the excellent work that comes out of here. It's more than just a blog+portfolio. The fact you guys are even willing to try throwing out stuff like podcasts is proof of that! As for Ojingogo, Scott Mcloud be damned, the guy's overrated in my book anyway. Besides, who needs him? Forsythe can soon bask in the glory of the statement "Ojingogo- They love it in France!"

hey - just to clear it up, mr mccloud never said anything negative about ojingogo. he just said there were a few head-scratchers on the list of nominees. he may or may not have been referring to my comic.
