Thanks, Trim Spa Babe! The cel-animated look was the desired effect, and I think it worked out pretty well.
The background image is actually the cover to Secret Six #2, which I drew a couple of moths ago and was coloured by Stephane Peru, who also did this Flash piece. We used it because this was just a colour test for a fill-in issue of The Flash that we're doing (issue 3) and we wanted to see if the animation thing would work.
