I snapped this picture to commemorate our first visit to the all-new Apple store in Toronto (the very first in Canada!) Our EXTREME pose here clearly shows off our excitement! It's all we can do to stop ourselves from proselytizing to the customers, and the staff is eyeing us warily.

Ruin Unmasked!

Today marked the debut of my first issue of Adventures of Superman (issue 640), which means that I can now post the cover of the next issue. It was cropped for solicitation in order to keep the OMAC design under wraps, but now that the cat is out of the bag I can show it off here.

Of interest: the colour work on this piece is a joint effort. All of the grunt work was done by Eisner Nominee Matthew Forsythe (I'm going out of my way to make him uncomfortable) under my direction, and I took over about halfway through to complete it. This is actually the last of the covers I'll be colouring for a while, as the incomparable Dave McCaig will be digitally painting over my linework.

Keeping Up Appearances

Apologies for the lack of content in the last few weeks (and thanks to Matt for keeping the ship afloat with the odd post).
